Delighted with my shutters the two lads that fit them where very nice and very efficient, I chose solid would shutters and they are just stunning they really make a difference to the rooms. the wait for them was long but worth it. Sienna Shutters were fantastic from start to finish, for a fantastic price. We had one small issue with the shutter by the sink but this was promptly resolved and will be replaced by a higher quality shutter more suitable for this area. Keith was extremely helpful when we had the issue. Could not recommend enough.

Had our 3 Urban shutters fitted today. Lead time was as explained. Received a text from their fitter last night (sunday) with approx time of arrival for today. He arrived on time, cleaned up after, and demonstrated how to use etc. From our first point of contact, to sales appointment , to fitting took approx 6 weeks. Excellent service

House call with in a week to measure up and show samples. Always updated on expected delivery dates. Fitted as early as possible. Fitters we’re friendly, professional, clean and took all rubbish away. They went above and beyond to move a tv which could have prevented 1 room being done even on a late Friday afternoon.

Got our shutters fitted this week and we are very happy with them! Exceeded our expectations and transformed the house completely. Great customer service and advice from Alan who came for measurements and Oisin the fitter was very efficient and left the place tidy.

Luke and Jake our installation guys were great from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly, professional and thorough. The installation was a very large patio bay window with tricky high triangular shutters. They went out of their way to ensure everything was done and gave us a good demonstration at the end. We've had other companies through our door over the years, but these guys have by far been the best to deal with...

The shutters took a while coming but worth waiting for, such professional young lads came to install and no questions asked they knew exactly what they were doing and going in the house which obviously meant that the man who measured gave an exact handover. Everything beautifully installed and a demonstration was given and they asked for the Dyson to clean up after themselves even though they didn’t leave a mess at all . Great to see such hard working and diligent young lads at work with perfection. Thanks and well done.

Absolutely delighted with my new shutters. Fantastic quality, bright, clean and really transforms the rooms. The delivery took longer than expected but they were worth the wait! Fitting was very quick and professional and our fitter Liam was friendly, chatted to our kids and tidied up after himself before he left. I absolutely love the shutters, from start to installation I was kept in the loop of any delays with shipping. Finally got my installation date after an extra month of delays but just in time for Christmas. It was well worth the wait. Oisin & the lad he was working with (didn't catch his name), they both worked very hard nearly 4 hours non stop & cleaned up once they had finished installation. I would highly recommend Sienna Shutters to my family & friends. Thanks guys.

Great service, excellent pre fitting and fitting service. Feedback would be as to why only partial removal of packing which filled a recycle bin. Also packing should be done outside as aeroboard packing left a large mess inside. Apart from above very happy with fitting and blinds

This is my second order of shutters from Sienna.Once again, they did not disappoint.Dan and Rafael the fitters were on time, polite and very clean workers.My third order( which were measured by Brian last week ...another gent ) to complete the house will be going in this week.We had high expectations as we had plantation shutters in our home in the U.S and we are very happy with Sienna's shutters.Price wise they are very competitive.
